As Human Resource Manager, my duty is to ensure good team dynamics amongst the Executive Committee Members thereby fostering the much needed motivation as well as facilitating inter-personal relations and as Public Relations Manager, my duty is to ensure that the membership database is updated, updating the members on any happenings as well as liaising with the members by addressing any enquiries put forward. Overall it is my duty to ensure there is fluid communication and interaction within the committee and with the society as a whole so as to ensure our overall goals are met, members are happy and satisfied and most importantly keep EASOC SiZZlinG HOT!!!
